Reduce Rework
Save Time & Money
Existing buildings rarely have accurate as-built measurements
You deserve to know your building’s true measurements.
Work with peace of mind: Uncover building surprises before investing time and resources.
Whether you’re looking for as-built drawings, models, property inspections, or drone surveys, you can trust our experience and expertise to save you time and money by starting with the most accurate measurements and data.
Our Proven Process
1
Scope & Budget
We meet to review your project scope and goals. The result is a list of deliverables, a timeline, and a budget that aligns with your needs.
2
Capture Data
We go onsite to capture data. This typically occurs soon after our meeting and can be completed in a few hours.
3
Deliver Results
Scanning data is converted into a usable point cloud, drawings or a model for your use. Inspection data and reports are compiled and delivered.
Our Deliverables
Point Cloud Data
Point Cloud Data
A point cloud is composed of millions of data points which are collected through 3D laser (LiDAR) scanning of an existing structure. The individual scans taken onsite are then stitched together, or registered. This is the most raw form of data we provide, and it forms the basis for a digital building model. We recommend that only experienced designers and modelers work directly from point cloud data.

As-Built Drawings
As-Built Drawings
As-built drawings are exactly what they sound like: drawings that match the existing condition of your building. Plans used in construction don’t often match what actually exists, making updated drawings incredibly valuable to a project. They provide square-footage and measurements that are accurate up to 2mm. We can provide construction or permitting drawings, as well as different views of your building depending on your need.

As-Built Revit Models
As-Built Revit Models
As-built 3D models, like as-built drawings, are constructed from point cloud data, allowing architects and engineers to work with the most precise information. This reduces errors and change orders during construction and can be used to quickly and efficiently redesign building exteriors, interiors, and MEP systems. They are also useful for advanced visual presentation, including renderings, texturing, sitescaping, and review of interior design packages.

Drone Video Surveys
Drone Video Surveys
We are a licensed drone services provider and can legally operate in the state of Virginia. We are able to provide drone footage and image capture for hard-to-reach areas, such as roofing condition, gutters, and more. We can also capture content for promotional and advertising material down the road.

Virtual Walkthroughs
Virtual Walkthroughs
If you’re looking to provide virtual walkthroughs on your website for potential tenants, we can provide Matterport scans of a single unit or your entire building. Matterport is a form of photogrammetry that allows nearly 360 viewing of everything within sight.

Remediation Scope of Work & Costs
Remediation Scope of Work & Costs
Our experienced team has assessed and budgeted countless properties for remediation construction throughout Hampton Roads and beyond. You’ll receive a report relaying all of our recommendations and cost estimates. Need a hand with the work? Our design build service is ready and poised to fix and repair everything you need to safely operate.

Infrared Camera (Leak detection)
Infrared Camera (Leak detection)
Leak detection is an important step to take when renovating or remodeling commercial space. This service makes use of thermal imaging to check roofs, HVAC and plumbing systems for leaks that could lead to costly water damage or system inefficiencies. Thermal imaging doesn’t require the removal of walls or flooring to detect a leak, which saves you time and money searching. The deliverable you’ll receive is a report specifying the exact location of any leaks present, and the necessary fix with an estimate.

Structural & MEP Assessment
Structural & MEP Assessment
Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience assessing structural components and MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems of existing buildings. You can invest with greater confidence by uncovering hidden issues before making a purchase or renovation. Our inspection and assessment will identify areas of concerns with repair recommendations and cost estimates.
