The harborage is a beautiful 24-unit apartment complex consisting of 3 separate buildings. ConstructTech renovated both interiors and exteriors, and was also responsible for interior design and furnishing for use as rental units. Our client challenged the team to move forward with a design that incorporated bolder colors, giving the units a contemporary flair.
While this unit was retrofitted with a fire sprinkler system, there remains a challenge of working with the city to connect the system to a water main.
