Sherwood Flats is a newly renovated 45-unit apartment building, originally constructed in 1948. The three floors of this timeless property feature various floor plans, ranging from studio to spacious 1 bed / 1 bath layouts.
Project Highlights: This project required hefty electrical rework and remediation. This resulted in unplanned vacancies, but we worked hard to move this project along.
Design Highlights: The decorative transformation of a decommissioned elevator was a creative touch. We also enjoyed preserving hardwood floor and arched entryway’s that give this building a tastefully vintage feel.
