Historic hospitality project near Colonial Williamsburg, VA. Laser scanning and BIM were used to capture existing conditions and support planning for the boutique motel property.

ConstructTech performed 3D laser scanning and developed BIM deliverables to accurately capture existing conditions and support downstream design and construction.
