This boutique motel is an exciting step into the commercial space. Capitol Landing Road has a rich presence in the history of the City of Williamsburg. This one mile stretch of road was one of three drawn on an original plat for the city in the 17th century, and it served as a bustling and profitable business district throughout the 1700s which was vital to the transportation of goods from Queen Mary’s Port.
With a return to this classical influence, The Rochambeau Roadside Inn is an exploration of the quality and lifestyle of the 17th century, fused with the utility of the contemporary.
