This exciting 32-unit project is set to complete later this year!
Originally called Pretty Lake Condominiums, this multi-family complex was designed by local firm VIA Design Architects and built in 2007. The site consists of two 16-unit buildings and sits on the edge of Norfolk’s picturesque Pretty Lake.
ConstructTech has been tasked with transforming the building to match rebranding as the “Solstice Apartments”, which included significant exterior renovations and select work on a number of unit interiors. As you might think, this involved creating unique scopes of work for each unit. Though more involved, this was a huge costs-savings advantage for our client, as many features remain in good condition.
The project began by addressing a litany of deferred maintenance issues, which included a significant structural remediation. ConstructTech also brought all onsite elevators up to code.
