ConstructTech will have completed design, building permitting, and all construction involved in this project. An early hurdle face by this project was releveling a main structural beam supporting the building. Held-in funds on the project we’re used to complete this work, which ultimately led to less budget available on the exteriors. However, we worked with our client to adapt the project scope to remain in budget and still achieve a beautiful transformation.
Some other highlights include increasing unit square footage by converting an exterior closet to interior space. New staircases also replaced narrow spiral staircases for all 4 units with lofts, allowing that space to accommodate a second bedroom. The bathrooms we’re completely gutted and replaced with new high-end tile and glass-door showers. Kitchens we’re renovated and new HVAC installed in each unit.
