We achieve by focusing on schedule, cost, and quality. We finished 1 month ahead of schedule, and we completed the job with zero change orders in the field, and all apartments leased above the expected rental rate.
In regards to design, the vision for this beach-accessible multifamily property was to transform the exterior and all 8 units into a modern farmhouse experience with upgraded amenities.
The exterior was completely redone and includes a new backyard tenant lounge complete with Adirondack chairs, a dual-chair swing, grills and ample lighting from the overhead string-lights. The interiors of each unit were completely renovated with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertop, backsplash, hardware and lighting fixtures.
