Highlight 1: One tenant wanted to continue renting through construction. With a few moves, we we’re able to work around them for the entire project with minimal disturbance.
Highlight 2: We completed construction on this project in just over 3 months – that’s four units/month!
ConstructTech completed planning, permitting, design and construction. All windows and sliding glass doors we’re replaced. The Exterior siding and roof are also brand new. We added a street-facing amenity area for tenants to enjoy, which included picnic tables and grills.
