1243 EOV is a 35 unit project part of a larger 67 unit apartment community called The Gardens. The aim of our client is to create a bayside community with modern spaces and attractive amenities typical of new builds.
The Gym – we converted a wash room and a storage room into a fully-loaded fitness center. To ensure the convenience of future tenants, washers and dryers we’re added to each unit, along with dishwashers.
Design – side panels we’re creatively used to decorate the exterior and cover the unit HVAC units. The interior courtyard area was adapted into a two-section lounge, complete with reclining chairs. Inside the units, a simple earthen tone accents a base of white, giving just enough of a theme and yet allowing tenants to create their own space.
Other notables on this project include complete asbestos remediation, paving of the parking lot, and repair of the existing roof.
