We accomplish this through a cohesive approach to the real estate transformation, using the design-build delivery method. Both design and construction teams are involved from the start and operate under one contract. This ensures that once design is approved, construction begins immediately and your project drives forward.
Our Proven Process

Plan
We begin by capturing your vision and goals for the project and align those with the asset data we capture through extensive 3D laser scanning and inspecting. After that is complete, we create a preliminary report with our design, cost and schedule estimates for your review.

Visualize
Preliminary design begins and includes exterior and site renderings, interior design plans and updated pricing estimates. Once we have an approved design, we finalize the statement of work to ensure the full project is scoped out and accurate.

Create
From the approved design, we create construction documents and obtain all necessary permits. Additionally, we send out the construction documents and statement of work to our local subcontractor base to get true pricing needed to complete the project and release only our most qualified subs. Construction then begins and is managed closely until project completion and closeout.
